SHIPPING

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Stellaris Creative Studio. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time:


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In this case, we will notify you of any significant delays.

Printify, a third-party company that produces and ships customizable items such as notebooks, handles the production and shipping of these items. Printify ships products within 5 to 7 days of placing an order. 

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Tracking:


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Stellaris Creative Studio is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages and Lost Packages:
Stellaris Creative Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

Fine Art and Custom Pet Portraits cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box

 

Insurance for Fine Art:
All fine art pieces will be fully insured during shipping to ensure their protection while in transit. This coverage is included in the shipping cost, giving you peace of mind that your artwork is safeguarded. In the rare event that your artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist with filing a claim and ensuring a prompt resolution.

 

RETURNS

 

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number) when initiating the return.

 

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

 

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Fine Art

  • Gift Cards

 

PET PORTRAITS:

 

Client-approved, completed pet portraits are non-returnable. As outlined on the pet portraits page, I will work with you throughout the entire process, from choosing the reference photo to initial sketches and different stages of the drawing, to ensure you are happy with your order. 

 

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the next steps and a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

 

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
